A 90-second soul practice to begin your day from presence, not pressure
You wake up.
Before your eyes are even open, your mind is already racing.
Tasks. Responsibilities. People who need things.
The invisible weight settles in before your feet even hit the floor.
That’s why I created this ritual.
Not as a “fix” or a morning routine you’ll feel guilty about skipping.
But as a gentle doorway back to yourself.
Because your soul doesn’t need a schedule.
It just needs space.
Here’s how I start my day with intention, not intensity...
Step 1: Place your hand on your heart.
Take three slow, deep breaths.
Feel your body.
Feel your aliveness.
Let yourself arrive in the moment.
Step 2: Ask one simple question:
“What does my soul want me to know today?”
Say it out loud. Whisper it. Let it hang in the stillness.
Step 3: Listen.
Don’t force it. Don’t analyze it.
Just notice what comes up.
A word, a phrase, a feeling, an image.
Then write it down:
Today’s whisper: ___________________________
You don’t need to force clarity.
You don’t need to chase alignment.
You simply need to remember who you are before the world tells you who to be.
You don't need to force clarity or chase alignment.
You just get to remember who You are and live from that intention.
Be you. That is your magic.
